The Client The Standard is an insurance company based in Portland, Oregon, that provides insurance to more than six million individuals nationwide. They also work with employers and organizations like the California Teachers Association (CTA) to provide insurance to large groups. The Standard’s CTA team has a twofold focus: help CTA members understand what life and disability insurance policies are, and compel them to enroll.
The Work Together with brand agency, Asterix Group, I helped develop a campaign to teach teachers a thing or two! With strategic direct mail and email campaigns, we educated CTA members about life and disability insurance and created enrollment urgency with simple calls to action. Once enrolled, customers got the benefit of a quarterly newsletter with seasonal content for added value.
